Small Groups at One are gatherings (of at least 3 people, and usually no more than 12 - 14 people) that meet regularly, usually in someone’s home for hospitality, study, discussion and prayer. Small Groups are a big part of how people connect into the life and community of One Church.

Small Groups have a collective purpose for meeting. Depending on the group dynamics, some groups prefer to focus on structured bible study and prayer. Some small groups prioritise a place for trusted Christian fellowship, and others place value in discipleship with the focus to multiply their group when it is big enough and the time is suitable. Whichever it is, Small Groups are where faith and fellowship grow in communion with others.
